OK, so the resume got her the interview, but the whole process got her the job, right? How in the process did it not come out that she didn’t have the experience they were looking for? Because they weren’t actually looking for it. They were looking for her — she was their perfect fit, not a proper senior, so it’s a shame they wasted their time speaking to seniors who were never going to fit their current needs.
